Bocce Pals helps organizers run bocce tournaments and lets players follow along. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name.
- Your mobile phone number, if you provide it.
- Your email address, if you provide it (optional).
- Tournament and game information (teams, rosters, scores).
How we use it
- To run the tournaments you join and show standings and results.
- To send you text messages about your games — for example, when your match is up, your court assignment, and final results — if you provide a mobile number and opt in.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages related to the tournaments you take part in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information — including your mobile number or opt-in data — with third parties for their marketing. Your mobile information is never shared for promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers needed to operate Bocce Pals — for example, our text-messaging provider to deliver the texts you opted into. We do not share it for any other purpose.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information for as long as needed to run tournaments and your game history. To have your information removed, contact us below.
